Abstract

Latar Belakang : Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) merupakan salah satu kelainan endokrin yang mengakibatkan gangguan pada system reproduksi. Komplikasi jangka panjang jika tidak ditatalaksana dengan baik akan mengakibatkan gangguan metabolisme, gangguan kardiovaskuler bahkan gangguan psikologis. Pengobatan lini pertama sesuai dengan rekomendasi dari International Evidence-based Guideline adalah dengan melakukan perubahan gaya hidup, yaitu dengan melakukan olah raga dan aktivitas fisik lainnya serta melakukan diet rendah kalori dan diet seimbang. Beberapa penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi kesehatan berbasis seluler memiliki efek meningkatkan motivasi dan ketaatan dalam menjalankan modifikasi gaya hidup. Tujuan: untuk meninjau penelitian tentang penggunaan aplikasi Kesehatan berbasis seluler dalam membantu seseorang dalam melakukan modifikasi gaya hidup. Metode: yang dipakai adalah studi literatur terhadap sepuluh jurnal yang dipilih dengan memakai metode PRISMA dengan kata kunci “treatment polycystic ovary syndrome”, “mobile application”, “mHealth for PCOS”, “application for PCOS”, “mHealth Physical Activity”, “mHealth Dietary”.  Hasil: penggunaan aplikasi berbasis seluler terbukti mampu membantu seseorang untuk memodifikasi mengubah perilaku gaya hidup dengan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan olah raga rutin, dan mengatur pola diet pada pasien daripada tanpa bantuan aplikasi.
