PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL TERHADAP EMPLOYABILITY PADA PEGAWAI RSU BHAKTI ASIH TANGERANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap employability pada pegawai rumah sakit. Dengan melibatkan 102 responden dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employability. Literasi digital yang baik memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap sistem kerja digital, pelatihan daring, dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja, sehingga memperkuat kesiapan, fleksibilitas, dan daya saing pegawai rumah sakit di era digital.
