Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan kreasi konten pemasaran digital viral pada For Us Coffee merupakan kegiatan yang terintegrasi dengan aktivitas pembelajaran Manajemen Bisnis Kecil. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan Kerjasama mutualisme antara institusi pendidikan dan pengelola UMKM. Dalam perancangan konten promosi, analisis manajemen yang dilakukan tim pengabdi meliputi analisis kanvas model bisnis yang digali dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap pengelola UMKM, menyebarkan survey pasar kepada 35 orang segmen pelanggan potensial kafe ini, dan menerapkan prinsip STEPPS. Dalam kegiatan ini konten promosi dapat dieksekusi dengan baik, dipublikasikan dan mendapat sambutan positif baik dari audiens maupun pengelola usaha.
